Main and rod bearing - best source?

I need to buy main and rod bearings and am looking for advice on where and what to buy. I’ve read a bunch of posts about Glycol bearings being out of spec. Whatever I buy, I plan to measure them and compare them to my old bearings.

For main bearing set, host currently sells Gylcol. I’ve also found what are called Calico CT-1 at Patrick Motorsports.

For rod bearings, I’ve found Gylcol and Automotive Associates here. LN Engineering sells Clevite and Patrick Motorsports sells the Calico CT-1.

This is a stock rebuild.

Go up the street to AA, works for me.
