Lubing Steering Rack
Can't find anything in the factory manual in reference to disassembly/reassembly of the steering rack. I Would like to clean and lube mine, is it a DIY deal, or are special tools required? Thanks, Tom Roy

Once you have it off the car, it is strictly a DIY job ... no big deal!

Thanks Warren, looks easy enough to remove. Do I disconnect the column at the pinch collar/splined coupling? It doesn't look like I can get to the two bolts closer to the rack with the rack in the car. Thanks, Tom
