Mystery Connector

I have reinstalled my engine and transmission (1977 - 911S) but I am having trouble getting it to run. I have this unknown electrical connector that I don't know where it goes or whether it has anything to do with not being able to get the engine running. I have attached some photos to see if anyone can give me a suggestion it has a red/white wire and a brown wire, both about 16 gauge, two female socket type connections..

I have that on my 80 and it goes nowhere, it's hot from the same power source as the WUR and the AAR. Think it's even come up before on the forum.
