What's this DME Chip?
The DME chip in the '87 targa I just bought is from Europroducts in St. Petersburg, FL. According to the paperwork its a DME chip for a 911 84-87 24 pin. The retail was $296 and the sale price was $99. Looks like it was installed in '04. Does anyone know anything about this chip? I have a SW chip in my coupe and would like to know if anyone has had any experience with this one before I pull it.
