eBay scammer selling Porsche parts
Well, I got stung for a few hundred $ on eBay. A guy was selling all kinds of Porsche parts, had a lot of positive feedback, so I made some purchases. 4 weeks, and a few emails later, 2 of my 6 parts arrive. Few emails later and promises of "I'll ship it next week" "It is back ordered" etc., the guy's account is shut down by eBay and enough time has expired that I can't file a claim with PayPal.
Does anybody know Jeff Nielsen in Carlsbad, CA? He was the seller. I emailed him...no response. I tried his telephone number...disconnected. As an aside, he is starting a website to sell Porsche parts called www.tributaryproducts.com. If anybody knows this guy...send him my regards and tell him to ship my D@MN PARTS!

If you paid paypal through a credit card, try to report it to your credit card company.

Yes, I have bought from him. I bought an external door handle from him a few months back and he took quite a while to ship [i.e., well over a month].
And yes, he was unresponsive to my emails. I was beginning to wonder about him ever shipping also. todd 86 coupe |
