6531696 .. This is my engine number. Just trying to confirm that it is a 2.4 Modell Vergasser

Thanks! It is a 2.4? Happen to know if one or the other works best for these carbs, Unisyn or synchrometer. Working out the kinks, runs rough, sat for 7 years.

If it hasn't been modded, it should still be a 2.4. You can take a look at the markins on the bar of the cylinders to tell if it was "upgraded". 2.4 was standard for '73... Unless you had an RS
