EFI Wiring loom

Hello EFI gurus I am currently converting to throttle bodies and aftermarket Omex ecu.
I have everything in place and will be mounting the ecu on the rear firewall with velcro or something so my question is do I go through the middle of the firewall or out of a corner for the loom.
