Porsche junkyard

Does anyone know where I can find a porsche junkyard in the Los Angeles area for a 1973 911? I am missing a few very small parts which I can't seem to find anywhere. Mosty broken or missing knobs.

Good dismantlers include places like Parts Heaven, EASY, DC Automotive, Dan Pechtel (Cars Inc.), and Parts Obsolete. a web search willl give you the contacts as will any of the good Prosche Magazines such as Excellence or Panorama.

yes welcome to the board, you could try posting a "want to buy" thread in the 911 used cars section, give a brief description in the title as to what you need, there is always someone parting out a car

also the search button on this bbs is one of the best 911 tools i have.....you'll find yourself engulfed with the amount of info here.

There use to be some really good ones in the greater LA area that are gone now like Aase Bros., Best Deal, and So Cal Import Dismantlers to name a few.

Im sure if you post it here on pelican in the parts section somebody will have one sooner or later. Goodluck.
