West Coast Wheel refinising?

I realize that this is only marginally 'tech,' but I'm looking for a place that can polish and paint Fuchs affordably. Any suggestions for an outfit in Southern California?

Both have good reps for quality of work as well as prices. I can't personally vouch for either but have heard good things...I know they are both MUCH cheaper than Wheel Enhancement (Culver City).
