				82 sc 911 exhaust input

I have a 1982 porsche 911 and wanted to lose the cat and run a magnaflow single in/ dual out muffler on it (pic below) ive seen many run this exhausts on 930's others cap the other end and use just one out. Any reasons why? Will dual work? Thanks much | ||

Yes, dual outs will work but you may need to cut your rear valance. You can also experience some strange resonance at certain RPM's. I have a similar muffler on my SC. I fabbed up a dual out one day for fun. It sounded like crap!!!! I went back to my one out and it sounds great.

Like Wayne said you'll have to cut the valance to make the dual outlet work. But your pic has two different size outlets. Why not have them both the same size. So I'd consider going with one of these for consistency. So for one in and one out this is what you should get: Magnaflow: 14210 For a one in and two out you should get: Magnaflow: 14267 I picked up my Magnaflow from here: They have some good prices. Let us know what you do and your impressions. Wayne - PM Sent....
