So why not Boge shocks?

I read the Koni vs. Bilstein post and I wondered, what is wrong with replacing worn out Boge with new Boge? I have no opinion of my own on the matter, I just wondered what the list thought...

I like the fact that the Koni's are adjustable, and the fact that I got them
cheap helped my descision. However, the person I bought them from sold them to me because he thought it made his car's ride too harsh, and he stuck with Boge. I think most people get them for track events because even on the softest setting the ride harsherthan Boge struts

I never remember all the fitment options, but another factor is if you have Bilstein front struts (as I do) I am not sure that you can use anything but Bilstein inserts in them. The Bilsteins have an "upside down" design very different from McPhearson struts by Koni, Boge, Sachs etc.
