Shifter bushings

I'm replacing the plastic shifter bushings in my '76 930. What kind if any lubrication do I use when assembling the shifter cup and shift rod bushing's? Are these plastic bushings self lubricating? Thanks, T. Roy

I used some polyurethane bushing grease-Automotion has it-it's very different, real sticky and clear, almost like petroleum jelly, but not quite. It works great on my 912 on ALL of the poly bushings-but's it's not exactly cheap.
