What Owners Packet for '85 Targa?
I need to find out what style owners packet/jacket the holds the owners and warranty manual correct for my car?
I know I can purcahse the manuals here but the plastic? folder/jacket which style and where to buy? Thanks!

I don't have the Maintenance manual handy but here's the Jacket and Owners Manual from my '85 US Carrera.

The vinyl folder for my 85 has aged to the point where it is almost too brittle to open up - if you find a source for the original or even a near substitute, I'd be interested. I thought of modifying a leather datebook folder for the manuals if I could find the right size...

Joe, looks as if other model Porsche cars from that year (and probably for a few years before & aft) use the same jacket.
Ebay and a WTB ad in Pelian's classifieds are likely the best places to hunt. FWIW my plastic jacket is in excellent condition despite it's age.
