One Heater Blower Works, Other A No-Go

Any advice? The driver's side lever between the seats turns on the heat and fan, but the passenger side lever does not appear to do anything. Fuse does not seem a likely culprit as I think one fuse covers both sides...

Anyways, I am going to have to get this solved relatively quickly, as the cold air is coming soon, and as the wife already hates the car, I don't need to give her anything more to b!tch about...

Thanks.

Yep, if you pull the kick panel, the fuse is inline a couple of inches from the fan itself. The kick panel blowers are not fused in the regular fuse box or the fuses in the engine compartment.

Also, sometimes the motors lock up either because the bearings have gone and the squirrel cage welds itself to the housing or because water gets down into the motor, so if both fuses are good then take the motors out and test by turning by hand followed by hotwiring.
