Windshield/headlight washer system
Greetings,
Do these systems share one reservoir? I have one leftover from my '77, which didn't have the headlight washers. Current car had reservoir, pumps, and headlight washer's removed. The windshield jets and lines are still in though. So: Do I need a different reservoir?? The one I have has three different hoses coming off it. I know I will need two different pumps and the jets and associated hardware and hoses. Thanks Scott |

The system for a '77 uses just one reservoir but the line out for the headlight washers is located at the bottom of the reservoir. I can fax you a parts diagram for the washer system from a ' 77 if you need one.

The part numbers are different between an '82 and a '77 but the fitting for the hose to the headlight washers should still be there. The factory put a cap on the fitting if the car does not have headlight washers.
