Is this normal 3.2
My 88-911 registers 5 on the druk pressure when cold and 3.5 at 3,000rpm when warm. The oil level stays in the red untill the engine is warm and then only goes a little above the red The oil dipstik reads 1/4 the way up the dipstik between the two marks, engine running warm Is this normal reading? ??

yup - exactly where you want to be, except maybe top up the oil in the tank so that it reads between 1/2 and 3/4 running when warm. It shoudl take between 11 and 12 litres to do an oil change.
As you know, druck is german for pressure. As a rule of thumb, when warm, you should get 1 bar pressure for every 1000 rpm. Anything more is gravy. So 3.5 bar at 3000 rpm is a little bit better than good. When the oil is cold, the pressure stays high until it warms up. Mine (and most people here) are pegged at 5 bar until the engine is warm. This is also a good way to know when you can put your foot to the floor in the morning. While driving down the road and the urge strikes, let your foot off the gas and put in your clutch. If the oil pressure drops to less than three bar at idle, you warm enough to give it a little bit of boot. If you're anal, then wait until the pressure drops to at least 2 bar at idle. I suppose you could wait for your temperature gauge to show when you're warm as well, but mine runs pretty cool. The other gauge is the oil level in the tank. These devices are basically not all that reliable, especially if you turning any rpm at all, at which point the oil is being sucked out of the tank into your engine. Your method of checking the oil in the tank when the engine is warm and at idle is correct. Yer good.

Cold pressure will be a little higher. When warmed up, you should have at least 1 bar of pressure for each 1k RPM so 3.5 bar at 3k sounds good. Oil level gauge is basically worthless.
For safety sake: ALWAYS check your oil level with the motor warmed up, running, and on level ground. 1/4 to half way between the two marks is perfect. Don't overfill.

Perfectly normal. I've heard 2 explanations for the fact that the oil level gauge reads nil when the engine is cold and will read fine when the engine is full temp if it has enough oil. One explanation is that the oil expands when hot and the other is that when it is hot it will flow faster and so the pump can pump it back into the tank faster. Either way, the oil level gauge is for most people perfectly accurate, but like checking the level with the dip stick, the oil level gauge should only be trusted when the engine is at full operating temp, idling, and on level ground.
For pressure, you want around 1 bar per 1000 rpm except that will top out at about 4 or 4.5 when the engine is hot. The pressure will be higher when cold than when hot. Your observations are of a perfectly normal 3.2L
