tire sizes for 6&7 x 16

The PO has upgraded my 912E with 6 & 7 x 16 fuchs and now I am wondering the best size tire combo would be. It has SC flares on the rears so I have the space for these.

The current tire size is 205/55/16 front AND rear - oh well, what can you do? Want to rectify that now with the correct sizing.

Your ideas appreciated.

Steve

go with 205 55 16 and 225 50 16. That's what they were stock for those wheels.

be carefull with the 225 50 on your 7 x 16, they will rub on your narrow body.

Except that he has SC flares, so it's not a narrow body any more.

yes, 205 and 225 are the perfect sizes for 6 and 7" rims
