also, is that blue, box my ignition box? is that original? or aftermarket?

Just a guess on #1 deck lid lighting wire.
#2 is definetly your passenger side rear tale light harness.It also includes the oil tank sending unit wires. And #3 looks like a dual filiment lamp holder...Maybe a exterior light but don't know were it goes.. The blue box looks to be a aftermarket Jacobs electronics box.
