What are weber water cover options?

I have these:

There is a square cutout though so not sure if they have been ruined if so what are my options for carb/aircleaner covers? Pics/websites appreciated.

Those look like the PMO watershed covers, same as what I have except I do not have the square cut out on mine.

I know K&N sells a kit with a bottom plate, cover and air cleaner.
