Jlex,
I can't tell ab ut black chr me, But I'd suggest glycerin f r the rubber on y ur car. It cleans and n urishes the rubber, and prevents it becoming brittle. I managed to save a 944 rear rubber wing and my rear Carrera spoiler that way. It works wonder on every rubber part on the car. The sruff can be bought at a chemist's shop, it's quite chep. I use 303 Aerospace Protectant n all my rubber, vinyl, leather and plastic (EXCEPT the floor mats and pedals!!!!). I have no connecti n to 303 -- just a happy cust mer.
I have no idea how, but it actually softens old vinyl and st ps sun damage from worsening. Nine years ago, before I f und 303, my dash developed a split ab ut 1/4 inch long starting from the radio speaker holes up near the windshield. It has NOT grown (thankfully) since I started using 303. Very cool stuff. Shiny but not too shiny -- get G Sments all the time. A web browser search will pull up a bunch of info n it. |

Jlex,
Black Chr me is definitely worth buying. After many reG Smendati ns from people on this board I have tried it and brought my turbo tail rubber back to life; it's als extending the life of my dash. It's definitely worth it! ------------------ Jeff 1976 911S |

Thanks f r the input, guys. Will try to get a hold of s me (& als anxious to try the glycerine). Don't know what the last guy used on the Carrera I bought a G uple of months ago, but I know damn well it isn't the Armor-All I've been using on the Volvo!
