Shelf life of ATE Blue (UNOPENED)
All,
I searched but no clear answer. I have a can of ATE blue that I found in cleaning out my garage and I'm wondering if people think I should use it. It's UNOPENED If it was opened I'd toss it but it's brand new and unopened. What do people think? I'm about to order some things from our host and need to flush hence the question ...BTW did I mention that it's UNOPENED ![]() EDIT: it's 4 years old per the sticker on the can. If that has an impact ... thnx Berardino

Use it....if it has issues, you just replace it later with a fresh can....unless it's for a race car....or you can send it to me, I'll test it for you....I'll pay the shipping.

It's fine...metal cans are better than plastic for hygroscopic fluids such as brake fluid.
