924 blower in a 911

Since It has been Unseasonally warm here in Southern California I thought I would try and get a few more degrees of my 134a converted 1983 SC

Page 125 of Wayne's book reminds you to check your front blower motor to the front condenser. Well I did and as he predicted it had failed. I verified current then removed the blower unit. The motor had completely rusted out and didn't even turn.

I was able to replace the motor with one I got out of a 924 front climate control blower unit. It was a one for one swap. I put it back together and everything seems to work well.

Hopefully this will get me my few degrees.
