Suspension set-up advice

My car is a mostly original 72T Targa that I would like to maximize for spirited street/Auto-X. Engine, 915, and brakes are all stock and will stay that way for a while. My suspension budget is an additional $1500, and I'd like some feedback on how I plan to spend it.

Suspension currently is stock and 34 years old except for:

New Bilstien HD front and rear
New BFG KDW's - 205/55ZR15 on 15x6 Fuchs
Weltmeister adjustable sways - 19mm front and 19mm rear

Here's the plan:

Solid Sanders T-Bars - 22 front/28 rear
Front and rear monoballs from Dart
PG bushings
Turbo Tierods
New balljoints
Rennline strut brace

I have no plans to track the car, but would like to be more competitive in local PCA AutoX. This year(my first) I was about 5 seconds off FTD on an average 55 second course with stock suspension, loose sways, and old Yokohama A-509's.

Anyone see a flaw to this plan?

suspension upgrades

Make your life easier and add a pair of used SC spring plates form Dart also...adjustable, and will help you get the t-bars dialed in more quickly. If you plan on lowering it you could also add a bump steer kit from our host....and maybe some braided steel brake lines.

Just my 2 cents

Is there a reason, such as wear, for the balljoints and tierods? I'd wait on these and focus on poly or polybronze bushings, that is if you don't plan to take the car on long trips but exclusively on auto-x events. The most improvement will come from tires, correct suspension adjustment, and ducting the front brakes.

The main reason for balljoints and Turbo tierods would be to do it all at once and have the car aligned after. Just trying to save on the cost of another alignment.

Any other opinions? Anyone ever use the monoballs that Dart sells? The price seems right.
