A head up on an old thread.
We have discontinued the used of QSC cylinders on all but our 906/custom builds.
The 86mm Nikasil cylinders are incorrectly designed and are prone to catastrophic failure.
When we approached them with this design flaw, they dismissed my concerns as inconsequential.
After we had two engine fail during the first 15 minutes of break-in, we recalled all the 86mm cylinders we so;d. A complete refund was included in the recall.

How unfortunate!
Does this affect only the 86MM parts, or does it include all of their other parts?

Finally, kudos to you for stepping up and initiating a recall/refund program!
