Looks good.

Make sure to use a compressor to blast air on every little crevice you can think of before build, specially in the tunnel.

The quest is not getting all the sand out, but just how much sand you're willing to live with. It's nearly impossible to get all of it. I discovered about half a pound of sand in the tunnel. Good luck.

Double your chances, blast with air compressor on one side, suck it up with a shop-vac on the other.
