1970 MFI fuel filter
Greetings all. Haven't been around for awhile. Life just gets to busy. Has anyone come up with a alternative for the fuel filter on a MFI system. I can't get over paying $700 to convert it.
Any ideas appreciated Cheers Woody

What? Dealerships don't carry them??? Originally, they were made by Bosch, sold for $25 or so. Then Bosch quit making them, but Porsche started producing them @ $65 or so...only available at dealerships for a time. At least that's the story I got. I bought 4 when Porsche offered those $100 off on a parts order if you ordered over $200 worth PCA coupan deals. Hopefully, will last me for a spell, since the suggested change interval is every 10,000 miles.

Way up here in Canada they are not available. They have a conversion kit that they want $700 for. I love my car but come on.
Anyways 2 are on their way up here. I thought I had looked here before. Cheers Woody P.S. Now I just have to remember where I put the snow tires.
