Alignment in Thousand Oaks to Santa Barbara?
For many many years, I have been one of the strongest supporters of Johnson's Alignment in Torrence on Hawthorne and Steve Alarcon, a big POC guy. They really have done wonders for all my Porsches, and even my British iron. I've even continued to make the trek for the last 10 year after moving to about 1.5 hours away.
But, now, I need an alignment and I'm pressed on time and wondering if there are any local shops that are just as good. Any top shops anyone recommends from Agoura Hills, to Simi Valley, up to Santa Barbara? Unless I get some extremely strong recommendation, I'll probably suck it up and do the drive. Thanks. |

Two suggestions:
1. Give the guys at TRE a call and ask for a referral. Even though they're in North Hollywood, they might know of a place more towards you. 2. Call NARW in Reseda and ask the same question of them if TRE can't help. Good luck! Scott

I had a basic alignment done at "Bob's Alignment" on Thousand Oaks Blvd. That was toe-only (after I replaced my tie rods).
For a "real" alignment (toe, camber, caster, etc...) I took mine to TRE and had it corner balanced and aligned. Very happy with the work, and worth the drive.

Thanks for all the great suggestions. As "luck" would have it, I have to be in Irvine on Friday for a meeting. So, I'm sticking with the tried and true.
