Buzzing driving me crazy

When I turn my headlights on, it starts to buzz. I have checked and rechecked. All the exterior lights work. The only light that does not is to the clock. There is no power to the clock at all. The buzzer is for exterior lights anyway (i assume) Can anyone tell me how to disconnect the buzzer or what else could be causing that annoying noise.
