cleaning cookie cutters

anyone have any suggestions for cleaning the cookie cutter style rims. mine have some miscoloring that I would like to get rid of it. thanks in advance for any help.

Even though I suspect that the paint on those three colors of ATS wheels is two-part, catalyzed polyurethane, I suspect any cleaning should be undertaken VERY CAREFULLY!!! I think P21-S is a neutral-pH, balanced cleaner than you may want to start with. There are probably other safe cleaners, but it dependent upon where the discoloration is, as to how aggressive you want to get. An extremely mild abrasive cleaner/polish, like 3M's Polish'n-Glaze (Blue) might be appropriate for the painted surface.
