Relay wiring

I need to check the wiring of a relay, WUR relay to be exact:

Please tell me what goes to what pin?

Here is what I have:
Pin 30-switched positive, 11.5v
pin 85-gnd
pin 87-out to wur
pin 86-switched positive~.5v

Battery voltage is 12.58, as well as top fuse in rear panel, which I guess means to find and clean the grounds for the relay.

Pin 30-switched positive, 11.5v = current power in from battery
pin 85-gnd = to ground
pin 87-out to wur = Power to accessory/light
pin 86-switched positive~.5v = power from switch coming in to activate relay

It has been confirmed that in my year '74, the power for pin 30 comes from the alternator.

Thanks Ronin, that is how it is now wired. Apparently they changed from the Alt as a source of power at some point.
