Referral for a So. Florida shop or mechanic

After 182K miles (!) of enjoyable and uneventful driving, my '86 911 Carerra is ready for its first clutch replacement.

Job commitments and a garage full of boxes from our recent move to Miami unfortunately preclude an ability to attempt the work myself.

Some guidance towards a reputable and trustworthy shop or mechanic in South Florida (Miami - Ft Lauderdale - Palm Beach -Stuart) would be gratefully received.

Advice on taking the opportunity to accomplish a complete engine overhaul concurrently with dropping the engine for the clutch would also be appreciated.
