'84 Carrera upc code sticker missing
 

My '84 Carrera used to have a upc code sticker on the passenger side rear door jam below the latch. Well, it delaminated and fell off after many washings, and is lost, and all that is left is the sticky part still adhering to the painted surface. I realize this is a incredibly minor detail, but it is bugging me. Does anybody know a source(or has even noticed this sticker on their Carrera) to get a replacement?

Mine is still there but fading after 22 years; I'd like to replace if it's available.
