1974 engine swap complete, and clean!

well after several months of being down in the shop and patiently waiting for an engine install, the old for the new, the mistress is finally complete and after months of dirt and grime and yuck, she is also CLEAN once again......

i drove the mistress home and couldnt stop smiling! .... she is tight, strong, and pulls hard through all gears,.. wow what a feeling...... as many of you know i got to 300K with my old girl,...... so it was time for a new heart..... she now has a bit of a bounce in her step and want to hike her mini-skirt up and sprint......!!!

now that the inside is done, i immediately started on the outside to get re-aquainted with her, stroking her body and feeling her smooth classic curves was pretty nice to feel again.... we had a 6 hours session! and she looks good, at least i think she does...... so...

here are some shamless pictures of my lil one! im glad she is still with me after 15 years..... maybe for another 15!

here is my 1974 911 clean inside and out!

Wow!
What a beauty. I'd say she's a keeper for another 15+ years.

Well ALRIGHT ALEX!!

I was hoping it would be this week. You've been without for so long but it seems the wait was worth it in the end because the car and it's engine look great!

It'll be great to see you back with that car on one of our SOCG runs again.

Looks very nice Alex, I think Paul did a nice job with it...

Am going to miss cleaning the oil spray on my windshield after following you around though...

prrrreeeettttyyyyy. except..... you got a little something on the nose there.
i guess you wear a bra to keep the paint from getting chipped and having it look bad. but the bra looks bad. catch-22.
otherwise, perfect!

fly4val..... glad you liked this black one!....

unimog406....... funny you say that because for ME, on MY car, i absolutely love the look of the bra on my car,....... i like the idea of the black bra on the black car....... but i can appreciate others preferences, as your comment.
