Fuel Pump-I need one + help-80EuroSC

I need a fuel pump for my 80SC-I tore mine up. Anyone have a used one?? Also, are any of the years interchangable? The unit I had was not original Bosch, it was Pierburg, worked great until I went up into the gargage in a stupid manner. Can anyone help? Thank you very much!

There is a place that advertises in Excellence that sells these pumps for around $125 new. I just forgot the name but they have a couple of pages of ads in Excellence.

You can use also a fuel pump for another K-Jet car, like BMW or Benz, if you find. They are similar, basically.
Be aware that you have the fuel line adapters to make them fit (may also be necessary for later 911 pumps).
What you have to check is the max flow rate! Usually pumps for 4 cyl. engines are not adequate-you will miss power above 4500 RPM.

If you get a spare part out of the stock, be prepared to exchange it! The original parts may be as old as your car and can fail after some period (mine worked 2 weeks only. Failures within 2 months are not uncommon).
