Torsion Bar ???'s
Here is a shot of the torsion bar on the drivers side,, can you tell that it is off center of the hole in the spring plate?? Im praying that it just needs new bushings.. This car has been garaged since 94.. Its a 69T.. The other side looks the same.. TIA

Yes it looks like you just need to replace the bushings. On the cheap use Neatrix or for more dollars (but a very good solution) use the PolyBronze bearings from Elephant Racing. Both products are available through Pelican.

Sorry.. This car is a 67S with a 69T motor.. so I think I have to use the OEM bushing,, no upgrade is available..

The Elephant Racing Polybronze are available for the 67 spring plates. You need to special order since this involves resizing for the pre-68 sizes.
