I need heat!!!
anyone ever put electric heaters in a 911. i dont like the oil heat it smeels a bit. i would rather rig up an electric heater but dont know which one?

Sounds like oil may be dripping onto your heat exchangers and causing that oil smell.
Might just be a leaky oil return tube, easy to fix, and cheap. Could be broken head studs, not so easy or cheap. Rusty heat exchanger is always a possibilty with older Porsches. I'd have a Porsche mechanic get it up on a lift and see whats going on. Good luck,
