funky fog lights
looking to buy a 70 targa. Seller says car came from Switzerland. It has a pair of lights mounted on the hood that look out of place. Claims these are a factory option for Europe. The switch is dash mounted and looks like it belongs. All I know about Porsches is I"d like to have one.Has any one seen these before. Thanks

You are correct they do look out of place IMHO! But they were a stock item.

Are they horn-grille mounted or truly hood mounted? FYI, they are worth a bunch of money, and were factory options in Europe for certain years including 70. If you buy the car and don't like the lights, you can easily sell them for $250-500 depending what exactly they are & their condition...
