Front end height

My 1984 Targa is raked forward - the front end is definitely lower than the rear end. I am always scraping the front end. Should the rocker panels be parallel to the ground? If so, what can I do to raise the front? My car has the stock wheels and tires. You can see a picture of the car at (www.force-1.com/images/dcp00305).

I'll quote from a previous post by Mark isaak:

Quote:

I was just reading Pano from 7/00 and in the Tech Q&A Bruce Anderson answered a question on lowering a 911. It is a very detailed and logical description of the process. He also gives a rule of thumb for height of car at fender lip. (25 inches in the rear and 25.5 inches in the front) He says this will give a "very slight nose down attitude".
Hope that helps.

Two clockwise turns of the 11mm torsion bar adjusting screw on both sides equally should bring it up about 1/2".
