Cannot replace right front brake pads

The inner brake piston appears to be frozen. With the others, I merely inserted a screwdriver and gently pushed them in to make room for the pads. But the right front won't budge,....what are my options here?
The car also pulled to the right a bit and that pad was far more worn than the others and had to be worked out.

seems frozen, You will need to remove the cup from the caliper an rebuild it (new seals clean up... etc)
try the block of wood and compress air deal (with the caliper off). be careful with the compress air and hold the other piston (the one that moves)in with a clamp.

With out the air and clamps I would just take the caliper to a brake shop. New seals are req. here.(Haynes P183)

You could put the good one on the car, so the piston has nowhere to go. While the right caliper is off, you might be able to clamp a piston and use the brake pedal to for the frozen piston. That ol' brake hydraulic system builds a lot of pressure, if you can use it.

And new seals are needed.

Update: I was able to wedge a C-clamp in there and gradually torque it down. The piston slowly, with great patience, moved back into the caliper and I was able to fit a new pad in.
However, judging the the extreme wear of that pad, the piston is likely not retracting properly, constantly braking on that pad, and therefore it will mean rebuilding it.
Which unfortunately means....in the end, bleeding the f'ing brakes and the stuff you need a g/f for to pump the brakes. Is it just me, or is bleeding the brakes an extremely annoying thing?

Oh, I have to post an update on the Cabriolet top...
