Pertronix ignition?
Hey,
My 74 came with a brand new pertronix ignition. Is it worth putting in? Thanks, Pat

Pertronix? I have one on my 914 and it's great. If you use it, you can't leave the key "on" in the accessory mode for a long otherwise you'll burn up the module.

Anthony,
You're right, Pertronix. Thanks for the heads up about the leaving the key on. Pat

i replaced my points w/pertronix. Gotta make sure the rotor is seated properly after the p install. I also use a wire treminal block instead of soldered wires for a quick r&r w/spare. Timing has to be checked after p install.
