Anyone need powder coating?

Hey guys,

I just wanted to let you all know that recently I started powder coating parts and I'm having a lot of fun with it. I did my wheels last week and tomorrow I'm starting on a 300ZX oil pan. After that it's some random 968 parts. If anyone needs any of their parts done I will happily do them. I am charging well below market price and I am somewhat anal so I don't settle for crappy work. Email me at TNT25169@aol.com or PM me. Here are a few pics of my wheels. One picture is a before and after and one picture is all 4 wheels when they were done. I was very pleased.

What brand/type of gun did you buy? And are you using a household type oven?

I am also thinking about doing some powder coating and have been looking at all the options. Trying to figure if its worth the money to do it my self.

I did those wheels using a extra household oven but in the next 2 weeks I am buying an industrial oven. Hopefully one large enough to do 18" wheels because I have several people wanting their larger wheels done. The gun I bought was $75 from harbor freight and I've been using powders from Eastwood Company. When I get more money I'd like to buy a nicer gun but for the time being, the gun I have does excellent work as long as I do goo prep work. Just so you know, you can't cook in an oven once you've powder coated in it because the powders release toxic fumes when baking and you must always use an electric oven or you'll blow yourself up. Hope that helped.
