interor gauge lights

1974 911 targa...all the gauge lights went dead...does anyone know which fuse is the culprit? or if it's not the fuse is there a relay or something that controls the lights? thanks!

My 87 headlight switch has a gauge dimmer that has been giving me problems. There are dead spots on dimmer portion which cause the gauge lights cut off. Check for a problem in the switch.

My 75 911S has the dimmer in the switch also. Try turning your headlight switch clockwise and you might get lucky. You may have just unknowingly turned them off.

You guys were both right!!!! it was the dimmer was all the way off. I didnt know that light knob was a potentiometer and the knob is loose and just spins freely, so i just turn the shaft and voila, let there be light!!!

thanks fellas!
