Just got my baby back

Just got back from the body shop with my baby! They've done an excellent job, she's looking nice and fresh now. Amongst the work completed was:

B-Posts & Kidneys both sides
New nearside wing
Re-paint front bumper / valance
Repairs to offside wing
Fit Hayward & Scott pipework + M&K muffler
Apply Carrera decals (From MikeZ)

Yep! Defiantly time for an adjustment.

The car looks and sounds great though! I really like the sound of the M&K exhaust. Not to mention blue Carrera lettering on a white car is the cats a$$.

ya noisy valves are the first sign at a tune up is due.

gritty/dirty oil
trouble hot idling
noisy valves

each a key indicator that it is time for some love to be showed with the key turned off.
