Hello Everyone,
Has anyone installed Polk Momo MMC460 4" x 6" 2-way speakers in an unadulterated rear deck? __________________ Targa4now 1981 911SC Targa |

I put Polk 5 1/4 in my doors and Boston Acoustic plates in the rear deck.
Sounds great even without an amp.

Targa4now- I found some Polk speakers that are slightly bigger than 4x6 for the deck of my SC. I think they were like 5 1/2 x 7 or something...I can look up the actual measurement tomorrow... Pretty good bass response considering the size. The rear package shelf upholstery panel sits a little higher now, and I had to scrape away some of the sound deadening material from the steel parcel shelf itself to help clear the magnet. I used 6" Pioneer speakers in the doors.
Good luck, Cooper
