Carerra recall????

Has anyone confirmed a recall on tensioner update kits? I talked to Charles at Vertex today and he said he knew nothing of a recall. But the kits are still on b/o.

I spoke to several suppliers as I just had them put in my car. What I have heard is that the supply dired up. Don't know what that means, but no talk of a recall.

Stopped by a local Porsche shop today to inquire about the carrera recall. He said he knew of no recall. He did however say they had rerouted some of the plumbing on the later kits, especially on the left side (distributor side) to relieve some of the stress on the metal tubing. He confirmed "pressure fed" is the way to go.
