Can I Make My Own Distributor Signal Cable?

Just realized my distributor is missing the signal wire and I'm trying to get my MSD ignition set-up. I can wait a week for one or make one. What do you think?

id has a speacial plug that probably is not that common(the part that goes into the dizzy) the rest would be easy
