Need input on rear seat delete.

I am ordering a Clubsport roll bar from TRE and am pondering what to do with the rear seat area. My SC has become more of a track than street car. I'm considering stripping out all the carpet and padding and either painting the bare metal or use a RS carpet kit. The back seat will no longer be used. For those of you who have done this project, please give me some input and pictures. I have searched this subject and am looking for some fresh info.
