pelican parts "free shipping" courier

can anyone tell me who pp uses for their 'free shipping' carrier in the lower 48, washington state in particular. I've emailed them but no response yet probably due to holidays. thanks! Don.

Both Fedex and UPS. PP is very good with the order updates and sending you tracking numbers.

I usually use the Pelican 800-number for ordering and specify shipping with UPS to the UPS depot in Colville, WA. "Hold for Pick-up".
UPS depot calls me when the order arrives and I drive across the border, no brokerage involved.
FedEx wouldn't do this for me but UPS has been very, very helpful with their service.
When you have anything shipped to Canada from the US, it takes a while making it across the border with paperwork etc.
Try setting up something in WA where they hold it for you like I did.

I ordered some parts once and they arrived the next day in San Diego delivered by a guy in an SSF parts truck!

thanks for the help guys! Gunter, that's the info I was looking for. we have a similar depot in oroville washington, actually a gas station converted to a bar that accepts ups deliveries. they charge only $2 per package! I just wanted to make sure pp would send ups as I don't have a fedex drop ship depot. happy new year, Don.

Don:
Unless you specify shipping to be UPS, Pelican may have used FedEx.
Call them and find out; Pelican may have to call FedEx to have the package returned.
That's why I prefer to talk to Pelican directly to make sure and yet, one time they mistakenly shipped FedEx and it became a little complicated because a UPS drop-off will not accept FedEx.
