Seat Conversion

Thanks to Lightweight_911 on DDK, I received a pair of hinges to convert one of my two right hand seats in to a left hand seat. This saves reaching over to grab the tilt lever etc.

The seat removes easily with 8 hex head bolts, and then the hinges are removed with their 6 bolts /screws.

The hinges are pulled from the connecting rod, and the new hinges fitted in the reverse order.

A good dose of metal polish and vinyl cleaner complete the job.

Now ready to bolt back in, but first I have to fit a new front and centre carpet, and clean the existing right hand seat.

Ian
