Front bumper attachment?
 

I'm trying to attach a late front S bumper to an early car and am having trouble figuring out what to fabricate for the brace at the outer edge of the bumper. I need to learn where & how the #19 bracket attaches to on the car inboard of the bumper -- if anyone has a picture or good description it would be very helpful.

Thanks. Since I am "forward dating" (using a 69-73 S bumper on a 68 chassis) I didn't think any of the backdating threads would be helpful, but that one had a picture that made me realize that I'm not looking for information about part #19, but #26 which seems to bolt to the tab right under the "31" in the figure. If the part is to scale, it must have to attach to the front fender in some way.
